Embracing the Process
This striking yet exceptionally comfortable home invites you into the design, to touch, to feel, to experience the incredible quality and depth of furnishings that give it personality and soul. A fine example of a family that “embraced the process,” they have fabulous taste, yet were completely open to where the home and our creativity would take us.
On an extremely tight deadline, this family of four wanted to turn the key to their newly designed home in two months’. Keenly aware of their likes and dislikes, the couple was easy to work with, navigating design ideas with grace and ease, leading to a stunning end result.
All About Balance
This project was all about balance, creating pockets of the unexpected while keeping a cohesive and comfortable feel. To accomplish this feat, the Bummer Lamb design team needed to determine which pieces would create the drama, and which would be the supporting cast. How many modern elements to include, what would be rustic, and ensuring the proper infusion of softer finishes. This is where experience and resources become invaluable.
